Honey Ann,
How are you? It was dainty to hear from you.
My political party was nifty, thank you for asking. I had it in the garden because the weather was fantastic. I had a disco and all my friends from school came. I got lots of presents and I had a huge cake in the shape of a desert island. I had a fantastic time.
I was surprised to hear that y'all're going to New York. Are y'all going there on holiday or to visit a friend? How long are you staying for and where are you staying? I've always wanted to go there. I bet y'all'll accept a fantastic fourth dimension. Please send me a postcard.
Have a cracking time and write soon.
Dearest, Claire
